**Mystic City** is seeking a confident and experienced Sales Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. At Mystic City, we value teamwork and aim to grow the business together, like a family. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers in their journey to quit smoking by recommending the right e-cigarette products and offering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert assistance to customers in selecting e-cigarette devices and juices.
- Confidently approach tasks, including upselling and product recommendations.
- Process customer payments efficiently at the checkout/till.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and ease.
- Maintain excellent store standards, including cleaning and rearranging after hours.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to drive sales and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Contribute ideas and go above and beyond to enhance the customer experience.
- Has a bubbly personality and strong time management skills.
- Is trustworthy, ambitious, and eager to grow within the company.
- Must have experience with e-cigarettes (minimum 1 year) and retail sales (minimum 2 years).
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Must have exceptional customer service experience and a strong command of the English language.

**Work Schedule**:

- 10-hour shifts

**Relocation/Commute Requirements**:

- Must reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Stratford before starting work.
