**Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Needed**

**Position**: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

**Location**: Hartlepool/Stockton-on-Tees

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Pay**: £85-95 daily rate

**Application end date: 15**/03/24

**_ Key Responsibilities as a HLTA:_**
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons, tailored to meet the individual needs of students.
- Able to cover the classroom in the absence of the Teacher.
- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, as well as small group interventions.

**_ Requirements:_**
- Must be qualified as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
- Local to the Teesside area.
- Driver (preferred)
- Prior experience in the classroom is preferred but not required.
- Have a passion for education to ensure pupils are supported in an inclusive classroom environment.
- Organised and experience of creating resources to use in the classroom.
