Flawless have identified an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer at their vegan skincare manufacturing company in the Wrexham area. The company is a small batch cosmetics manufacturer who are growing and expanding at a fast pace. Our products are vegan, cruelty free and as an eco-conscious brand we are transitioning to making our all of our products plastic-free.

We are seeking a dynamic self-starter with expereince in digital and graphic design. Someone who is eager to also get involved in product photography would be especially welcomed.

You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about marketing and must be able to take on this multi-functional role by working under your own initiative as well as part of a team, being able to manage your workload effectively.

You will be able to work methodically at an efficient pace, whilst maintaining a high level of quality in the work being carried out. As a key member of the team your ideas and innovation are encouraged.

Your average day will be fast paced with varied workloads, so good time management and plenty of enthusiasm is required. Demonstrable experience working in a similar content or creative role is preferable.

**What we are looking for**:
Qualifications and experience:
The position would suit either a recent graduate, who is keen to develop their experience in digital design within a growing e-commerce company OR someone who possesses proven relevant experience in these fields and is keen to grow and develop these skills further.

**Essential requirements**:

- Expereince using photo and design editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Proven track record in delivering timely and accurate services, meeting deadlines and working within a team environment.
- Proactive with an ability to grasp new processes quickly.
- Strong I.T. skills with recent experience using editing and design packages.
- Must be a motivated self-starter who is results driven with the ambition to help push the company forward and who is committed to providing attention to detail and a high quality of work.
- An enthusiastic persona, with a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to think for themselves by identifying problems and providing solutions.
- The confidence & knowledge to deal directly with existing and potential customers using an excellent telephone manner and good timekeeping skills in order to meet deadlines.

**Desired/Preferred**:

- Customer relations experience within the manufacturing industry.
- A sound understanding in differentiating between vegan and non-vegan products.
- Strong awareness of current market trends and new product innovations within both the health and beauty and zero waste sectors.

**Main duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Design and creation of digital and promotional marketing materiel
- Preparing suitable product images from our product image library
- Uploading written and visual content to e-Commerce platforms and Content Management Systems
- Maintaining high standards on the merchandising of products across all online channels, providing feedback as necessary to the manager.

You will also be required to assist in keeping the general working environment clean, tidy, organised and in line with Health and Safety regulations.

At busy times you may be asked to assist in picking and packing customer orders, unpacking and checking customer returns.
