We are recruiting for a Senior Complaints Handler role to work for our Logistics client based in the heart of Solihull. My client is offering an attractive salary up to £25,000 per annum. The Senior Complaints Handler role is a key role within the business.

Duties as a Senior Complaints Handler will include:

- Handling incoming and outbound calls
- Encourage a culture of excellent conversations every time, exceeding customers’ expectations and working hard to improve the customer’s journey
- Arranging and lead meetings with accounts, delivering presentations
- To act as a point of contact for B2B customers, proactively building relationships in conjunction with Operational Account Managers and Customer Supervisors
- Provide support and coaching to all Customer Service Advisors
- 2 - 3 years of high-volume call centre experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills to be able to resolve customer issues
- Experience of maintaining Customer Relationships
- Strong positive attitude, along with a great innovative approach
- An outstanding leader with strong communication skills verbally and in writing

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
