This position is ideal for someone with prior transactional cash experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. **Position Details**: - ** Job Title**: Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger Team) - ** Salary**: Competitive with great benefits, including an annual bonus, regular pay reviews, and opportunities for career growth. - ** Hours**: Part-time (17 hours per week) - Split across Monday (in-office), Wednesday, and Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. - ** Work Arrangement**: This is a job shared role, initially office-based for training and support, moving to a hybrid model after discussion with the Team Leader. **What We are Looking For**: - ** Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative attitude. You should be able to work flexibly based on business needs and maintain a positive, "can-do" approach. - ** Qualifications**: GCSE Mathematics (C Grade or above), proficiency in IT packages and databases, strong typing skills, and intermediate Excel capabilities. - ** Experience**: Previous administrative experience is essential. **Role Overview**: As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Management Services Finance team, focusing primarily on the purchase ledger function.
