We're looking for a **Technical Administrator** to join the team.

**Location**:Speke, Liverpool

**Business area**: Kier Construction - Build Centre

**Contract**:12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

**Responsibilities**

Within the role, the incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities:

- To manage process for the input of sub-contract certificates and subsequent payment using CRM tickets to keep business informed
- To keep master data up to date for all sub-contractor within business
- To act as the business expert regarding all processing of information on the Oracle Application and Certificate platform.
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the purchase to pay process across all functions.
- To promote and drive the use of best practise across all areas by collaborating with colleagues and supporting new initiatives.
- To assist in the identification and delivery of training to relevant resources to improve compliance.
- To promote Kier Group's values towards its stakeholders in order to meet or exceed their expectations and achieve the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry.

**Who are we looking for?**

To be considered for the role, applicants will have the following experience and attributes:

- Good administration skills with experience of Oracle.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts within construction industry.
- Used to working across and liaising across multiple offices.
