- To be successful in one of our roles at Chapter One Childcare you will be Level 3 qualified or above in Childcare.
- Knowledge of 'The Statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage' and an understanding of Ofsted inspections is beneficial but not essential.
- Have a genuine passion for early years education
- Well organised and an excellent communicator
- Be a great team player
- Have a genuine love for the outdoors and **be happy to work outdoors during all seasons.**
