Lichfield District Council is looking an experienced Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Tenancy Sustainment Team in the Housing Options Service
- Delivering a comprehensive support package to vulnerable tenants and Rough Sleepers to enable them to establish and sustain a tenancy.
- To identify, develop and foster good working relationships with all agencies and organisations that are able to support clients sustain tenancies in Lichfield district.

**About you**

Applicant needs to have knowledge and experience of:

- Housing issues affecting local government and the social and private rented housing market
- Must be able to demonstrate previous experience of dealing with vulnerable applicants with complex needs
- An excellent working knowledge of the welfare benefits system
- Be able to work when required, early mornings, evenings and the occasional weekend
