Job Title:
Do You know how to sell things on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy etc?

Based outside Newry this role entails the levels of responsibility of a mature and responsible person, with the ability to take lead when ever the time comes and ensure a drama free environment for their other work colleagues, Professionalism is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service and address inquiries
- Pick and pack sales orders, print out postage labels ensuring cost effectiveness of sizes of packages, and understanding immediate delivery times.
- To be able to take stock and place a listing online, using all our tools understanding the laws surrounding online selling, rules, policies set out by the online platforms.
- Support the management in their duties to perform for their customers online, who can be very demanding and precise on their needs.

Being able to be a part of the team and to be work alone at times, is a required standard within our team, independent thinking and activity is a must.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of IT systems
- Experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Pay: £23,466.57-£27,750.95 per year

Additional pay:

- Loyalty bonus
