**About the role**
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic team in Boston, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions in their own home and their community. You will be working across two services In Boston and also cover our outreach service in this area.
- Maintaining their homes
- Budgeting and shopping
- Planning and preparing meals
- Accessing activities in the community (study, volunteering, social/leisure activities)
- Maintaining relationships with family and friends
- Accompanying customers to appointments and/or on excursions
- Food preparation and cooking
- Laundry and housework

**About You**
We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about improving the lives of local, vulnerable people and have previous experience in Support. Experience in the mental health sector would be an advantage. Some of our customers own pets so it is important that you are comfortable around them..
