**Job description**:**
We are expanding our team in Warrington and require experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our service users with their complex care needs.**

If you are committed, motivated, enjoy delivering one to one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families, this could be just the position your looking for

We provide care to adults who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

We offer full comprehensive training to support with all clinical needs but require your invaluable Care experience to assist with any social, personal care needs, medication administration and moving and handling.

We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

**Please note, applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation Management
- Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

**Shifts Available**
- Days - between 9am - 6pm
- Weekends - 9am - 9pm

This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst you will be delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and their family.
