**FULL OR PART TIME CARERS NEEDED IN THE LYMINGTON AREA** **DRIVERS REQUIRED** We are looking to recruit individuals, passionate about delivering care to vulnerable adults in their own homes in the Lymington area, to support us in delivering excellent person-centred care to our clients. Whilst previous experience would be great, we are happy to support and train the right applicants to learn the ropes and to start a new career in care. Full induction and training will be provided and the company believes strongly in supporting the team to obtain a recognised qualification in care - this year 33% of our team are working towards achieving either a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Adult Health & Social Care. We also have a proven track record of promoting staff from the care team to senior carer, care co-ordinator and care manager positions. For those new to care, the role will involve providing personal care including toileting, continence and bathing, prompting or giving clients their medication, helping to safely move or support clients with their mobility and to remain as independent in their homes for as long as possible. We also support some clients by going out in the community or to undertake shopping trips for them or by sitting with a loved one whilst the main carer, (spouse or partner) has a weekly break. We do not believe in zero hours contracts, as we recognise everyone needs financial security, so contracts with guaranteed hours are provided.
