**Overview**:

- Developing, maintaining, and consistently improving the tools, systems and culture of learning in the business.
- Build teams learning journey from Day 1 to exit.
- Develop Franchise partners to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to operate the restaurants to the highest possible standard.

**Leadership**:

- Key focus -On culture of progression, development and sense of belonging for all of our team from the ground up.
- Expand and enhance current systems and tools to ensure our franchise partners are set for hospitality success.
- Developing and continuously refreshing the learning journey for all levels of the business, including the Internal Franchisor team.
- Motivate and support store management teams within the area to develop and implement SMART action plans that meet operational and organisational objectives.
- Future planning and staying at the forefront of the L&D function within the industry.

**Business Requirements**:

- Consistently review training compliance across the company and pin-point areas for opportunity.
- Review service standards across the business and implement action plans alongside the Area Manager’s where required.
- Build a relationship with all franchise partners.
- A minimum of 1 annual Personal Development Plan is conducted with each business partner with the Area Manager.

***Experience**:

- 3 + years in a Learning & Development role
- 7+ years in progressively responsible hospitality management experience.
- Previous experience operating with franchise partners / business partners - Beneficial
- Operating and reporting to Director Level operators - Preferential
- Hospitality / Food & Drinks Sector Experience

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of the retail and or restaurant industry operations
- Demonstrated team-building skills
- Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members at all levels in the organisation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to independently manage the overall operations of multiple stores.
- Ability to effectively manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills
