Job Role:
As a Social Worker within our Connected Carer Team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with foster carer and children, providing essential support, guidance, and intervention. You will assess the needs of children and their families, develop care plans, and facilitate placements that are in the best interests of the child.
**Requirements**:
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Experience working within a children and families setting.
Strong assessment and intervention skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and formulating care plans for children and families.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to foster Carer.
Liaising with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
Monitoring and reviewing placements to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in your care.
