- Monitor, measure and report on KPI performance of the team highlighting issues.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Good standard of English and maths.
- MS office and database experience desirable.
- Over two years’ experience of manufacturing supervision.
- Understanding of lean and continuous improvement techniques.
- Lean six sigma green belt desirable but not essential.

This fantastic opportunity offers a four day working week, paid overtime and a route to progression within the organisation.

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
