Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled social housing maintenance Joiner to join our team. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various wooden structures, such as doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture. You will work closely with other carpenters and tradespeople to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to specifications
- Assemble wooden components using hand tools and power tools
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures
- Fit grab rail & handrails
- Install hardware, such as hinges, handles, and locks
- Install kitchens
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and woodworking principles
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labour
- Basic painting skills

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level This will be reviewed after 3 months. Company van provided for business use only. Uniform and company pension included. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our company.

- Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
