**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain the balconies and stairs in the courtyard area
- Sweep, wash, and disinfect surfaces as needed
- Remove any litter or debris promptly
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standard
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the management team
- Work independently and manage your own schedule effectively

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards

- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to carry out the duties of the role
