The education and experiences we offer equips our young people with the leadership skills, team spirit, resilience and confidence to become outstanding citizens. **_ About the role_** Under the direction of the Principal, be responsible within agreed policies and procedures for the safety and welfare of pupils on school premises, throughout the midday break and for the organisation and control of midday supervisory staff, including the administration of delivered hot meals consistent with environmental health guidelines**.** - Supervise and assist children during lunchtime, inside the school and in the playground. - Ensure a safe and positive learning environment is maintained and that all children behave in an appropriate manner. - Oversee the arrival and distribution of school meals, ensuring compliance with environmental health, checking the needs of children with allergies etc. - 12 Hours per week, worked over 5 lunchtimes, Monday - Friday (equates to 2 hours 24 minutes per day)38 weeks per year, term time only, Permanent_ **_ Salary & Benefits_** - NJC3 - £24,027 FTE (£6,669.26 pro rata per annum) - Regional networks of Trust colleagues and access to key leaders in Education - Commitment to employee Health and Wellbeing including dedicated Employee Assistance Programme - Awards and Recognition Scheme - Flexible working patterns - Benefits Platform - holiday discounts - cinema tickets - restaurant booking discounts - Cycle to Work Scheme **Who we are looking for** - Demonstrable previous relevant experience of staff supervision. - Experience of active supervision of large numbers of children, necessary to ensure conduct and safety of pupils throughout school premises and grounds with other midday supervisory staff_. _ **_About The David Ross Education Trust_** The David Ross Education Trust's mission is to give every child attending one of our schools a world-class education.
