**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring efficient operations within the organisation.
- Manage guest enquiries and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in fundraising activities, coordinating events and managing logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain organised records and documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to enhance guest experiences.
- Develop and implement organisational processes to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
- Experience in event coordination is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
