WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR/ Costing Clerk
Salary - £25,000 - £27,000
Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 18:00 every other weekend paid time & a half
Location - Avonmouth
Our client requires a Commercial Vehicle Warranty Administrator / Warranty Advisor / Parts Advisor / Service Administrator / R & M Administrator for their depot.
Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator
- Communicating with manufacturers
- Dealing with warranty repairs and parts
- Arranging for delivery of parts
- Issuing credits
- Collating all warranty paperwork
- Working to manufacturers guidelines
- Issuing of order numbers and authorising work to vehicles
- Issuing sales ledger invoices for vehicles on contract
Skills and Qualifications of a Warranty Administrator
- Strong administrative background
- Experience in the motor trade essential
- Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles strongly preferred
- Commercial experience of dealing with vehicles an advantage
- Ability to work alone and part of team and to ensure get results
