Are you a calm, confident and compassionate professional with experience supporting children with **Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)**needs? Do you want to make a real difference in a nurturing primary school setting?

A specialist SEMH primary school in **Farnham**is looking for a **Behaviour Support Mentor**to join their dedicated team. You’ll be working with pupils aged **5-11**in small, focused classes, helping them regulate emotions, build resilience, and engage positively in learning.

**About the Role**:

- Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEMH needs
- Help manage behaviour in a calm and constructive way
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Support emotional regulation and wellbeing throughout the school day
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement behaviour strategies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience working with SEMH or in alternative provision
- A calm, empathetic and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence in de-escalating challenging behaviour
- **Must be a driver**- school is not easily accessible by public transport
