**About The Role**:
**Cleaner/Groundsman**

**Location: Bexhill, TN40**

**Salary: £12.11 per hour**

**Shift Pattern: Working rolling rota 3x weekly ( includes weekends usually 1 in 3 and bank holidays if rostered)**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaner/Groundsman to join the team and work at our client’s prestigious site.

**Duties as a Cleaner/Groundsman**:

- Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
- Performing general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping
- General groundsman work including weed control, mowing lawns, removal of fallen leaves and flower bed and climber maintenance
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers
- Polishing if necessary
- Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, if needed

**Job role requirements as a **Cleaner/Groundsman**:

- Comfortable working alone and in a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
- Cleaning experience would be preferred however full training will be provided
