**About the role**:
This role works with the Office Manager and COO to enable all people to work effectively and at speed. You will be involved in the day-to-day running of the office hub and for how we now work both remotely and flexibly.

**About the job of Operations Associate**:
The purpose of the role as an Operations Associate is to support the COO and Operations team in a wider-reaching capacity to ensure that our business operates and grows in the most effective way possible.

**Day to day responsibilities as an Operations Associate**:

- Contributing towards office management tasks
- Spotting inefficiencies and finding the solution
- Liaising with the IT support resolving general IT queries within the office
- Making sure the office is ready for the start of each day - managing the cleaning team, facilitating IT setup, keeping everything tidy and organised
- Onboarding new joiners manage
- Organising a set-up process for all new joiners across London and international offices
- Supporting the Head of Learning and Development with the training and onboarding of new joiners
- Coordinate training sessions within the company
- Delivering training on systems
- Assisting with diary relevant tasks - meeting bookings and general support
- Responsible for any invoices and account related queries
- Scheduling training sessions for internal employees and external providers
- Being happy in helping with any random task that often formed the life of a business
- Dealing with staff queries regarding operations
- Procurement and supplier relationship management
- Ensuring business tasks are undertaken effectively
- Supporting the Head of Marketing with internal and external event management
- Following job placements
- Assisting with effective database management
