A key part of your role will be to work alongside all of the commercial proposition managers, and drive growth across a number of financial services categories including Insurance and lending products.

**Your role**

As part of this role, you will play an integral part in the roll out of Asda's new Money Transfer Proposition across our growing store network of 600 + stores and help to shape and drive the delivery of our market-leading Money Transfer services. Your operationalexpertise gained previously, will be utilised to hone in on both the customer experience and engagement, whilst also ensuring operational excellence of all processes, procedures, and compliance.
- Own the in-life customer journey for all Asda Money Transfer customers through the developing Asda / NCR POS implementation
- Responsible for defining, reviewing, and evolving the colleague training and briefing process for the Asda Money Transfer roll out
- Support the Commercial Proposition Manager in researching, identifying, and evaluating the potential demand and commercial return for new cash services propositions including, but not limited to; Airport extras, regional pricing comms, Click and Collecttravel Money, Deposit ATMs, pre-staged Money Transfer
- Take the lead on online Money transfer proposition
- Be the customer champion for customer facing Cash Services propositions, ensuring feedback is obtained and acted upon and driving customer engagement

**About you**
- Customer account management within Banking, Foreign Currency, or Travel Bureau
- Proven operational experience with the ability to drive both customer engagement and sales revenue through instore trading activity
- Competent with numbers and analysis, and being able to form a story with data
- Previous experience of working with white label service providers would be preferred
