To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Global Mobility Coordinator **located in **Hemel Hempstead.**

Reporting to the **HR Manager, **the Global Mobility Coordinator will be tasked with assisting the Global Mobility Team with the Visa and Work Permit administration process for sites across Europe. As part of a small team, you will need to be able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.

**What a typical day looks like**:

- Assist the Global Mobility Team, Head of Site Services, EMEA, and HR Manager with the Visa and Work Permit administration process
- Support the implementation of planning for abroad works, including initiating assessments of required documentation in collaboration with the Global Mobility Team
- Provide all requested employee information to the Global Mobility team in line with GDPR and business data protection policies
- Maintain and monitor complete tracking of all worked abroad days for employees across the Anord Mardix (UK) business
- Monitors Employee Schengen allowances, and reports as necessary to the Site Services Management team
- Planning and delivering HR inductions to new starters within the Site Services Team, and assists with the onboarding process
- Planning and organising Global Mobility inductions with new starters within the business that may work abroad
- Collect and coordinate the provision of requested compensation data to the Global Mobility team for tax purposes
- Administration of the holiday booking procedure
- Assists, if required, with the absence management process
- Any other general HR admin tasks as required
- Reports to the HR Manager and supports the UK HR Team

**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:

- Strong organisational and administration skills
- They must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment and demonstrate flexibility
- Experience of European employment law is desirable
- Experience working in a similar role, either within HR or Administration
- Experience of European Immigration processes would be desirable but not necessary
