**Summary of the role**:
We are actively searching for an experienced and highly motivated **evening shift team leader** with a proven track record in thriving within dynamic environments. Ideally, you will have a background in Workplace and or Facilities, with experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will be required to think proactively, multi-task and demonstrate consistency in the detail. The evening shift team leader must demonstrate strong people and leadership skills, communication and be able to problem solve, ensuring they meet organisational objectives and uphold quality standards.
- Location: 80 Charlotte Street
- Reporting to: Workplace Experience Manager
- Hours: 40 hours a week - 2pm - 11pm
- Hourly Pay Rate: £15.75 - £16.75

**What does an evening shift team leader** **look like?**
- Lead the evening porter team to always uphold the guest services standards at all times.
- Managing all guest experience touch points including meeting rooms, workstations, and copy points.
- Lead and take ownership in all spaces, ensuring a seamless guest experience is provided and managing daily tasks.
- A flexible approach and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while leading a team and delivery consistently high standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders in a professional and personable manner.
- Excellent in Customer Service.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work using own initiative.
- Proven work experience as a porter or similar in a professional organisation
- Be a team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
- You must have a flexible approach and be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
