Our client is a leading independent financial planning firm is dedicated to helping clients with their financial planning, through quality service and advice with offices in London and Sussex.

They provide financial advice services to individuals and businesses throughout the UK to managing the private wealth of individuals to setting up large Employee Benefit schemes for large UK companies.

In 2020 they won two major awards and they are frequently quoted in leading papers such as _The Independent _and_ Financial Times_ with a growing reputation in the media as insurance and financial experts.

They now have a requirement for an additional employed independent Financial Advisor - IFA to takeover a portfolio of c 70 Private Clients with c £30 million of FUM and c £200k of recurring income. You will be expected to build on this excellent base andgrow the portfolio further by proactively seeking new business and following up on warm leads. Currently the business generates an incredible 1000 + enquires a month.

You will be able to provide advice through face-to-face, video or telephone meetings and you will be well supported by a team of Paraplanners and dedicated Administrators.

**Key Requirements**
- You must be a current Financial Advisor with circa 2-3 years’ actual client advising experience
- You must hold full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent and be looking to progress towards Chartered.
- You should have proven record in being able to generate good levels of new business income.
- A stable employment track record
- Have held Competent Adviser Status ( CAS)
- Ideally, you should have experience with and IFA or restricted Advice firms
- Able to commute to the Brighton office c 2 days a week.

**Benefits Package**
- Salary of circa £65,000 to £75,000 DOE
- Bonuses paid on new business income, team income and key KPI’s
- Overall package typically £90,000 - £100,000
