**Salary**: £8.91 - £12.21 per hour

Our team has supported some of the UK’s biggest occasions, including the Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012 Olympics, and leading music festivals.

**The Role**

We’re looking for **friendly and reliable Car Park Attendants** to join our team in **Leicester**, supporting **Leicester City Football Club home fixtures** throughout the season.

You’ll play an essential role in helping fans arrive safely and efficiently, maintaining smooth operations across our car parks, and providing great customer service to all visitors.

This is a **casual and flexible role**, ideal for anyone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of live sporting events. Shifts are mainly **evenings and weekends** to coincide with matchdays.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct vehicles safely and efficiently within car parks and access routes
- Assist matchday attendees with directions and parking queries
- Monitor parking areas and follow company procedures
- Use handheld devices to verify vehicle registrations
- Set up and manage signage to guide drivers and improve flow
- Represent Big Parking professionally at all times
