Bodyshop Controller

Organising the workshop to run with maximum efficiency and making sure targets are met and colleagues are informed and up to date
- Setting targets and working with productive staff members to meet them
- Parts ordering, inspecting and returning
- Keeping check of stock and ordering required materials
- Keep track of staff performance and punctuation
- Checking vehicles in and out and keeping records and images of condition and potential upsell
- Arranging sub-contracting work and keeping informed on progress
- Quality checking completed work
- Ensure all tools and equipment is maintained and used safely
- Create job cards and make sure they are filled out correctly

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartford, DA1 1JS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bodyshop: 3 years (preferred)
