Principal Product Marketing Manager

Location: Richmond, London, UK

The product marketing principal role provides product line support for holistic go-to-market activities, sales enablement content development and marketing operational readiness. This position requires close interaction with product management, customer and demand marketing, global sales enablement, and corporate communications to drive market-led priorities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are a must. Duties include converting technical product positioning into key messages and launching differentiated, value-based stories into the market with online travel agency focus. This individual is accountable for business results and cross-functional team participation.

For assigned product suites, this role will:

- Support the entire go-to-market lifecycle through the planning of net-new product launches, differentiated releases, in market maintenance and sunset activities
- Collaborate across functions and teams to deliver an effective product marketing strategy and plan to meet the business objectives, including the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers
- Strong cross-team constituent collaboration skills working with sales and product teams
- Understand the online travel agency market and competitive landscape to competitively position assigned products and services across all content and digital channels, as well as hosted community events
- Be an expert in the online travel agency segment with a strong technical aptitude to author effective content for sales enablement, including collateral, presentations, and integrated product videos
- Collect testimonials and/or case studies and identify key customer references to leverage in voice of the customer content
- Position Travel Solutions as a thought leader in the market with customer-centric positioning and messaging targeted to segment and buying roles
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on recommended changes
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to deliver results
- Research, create and deliver new product naming in accordance Sabre’s product taxonomy and naming guidelines

**Job Requirements**:

- MBA preferred, bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
- At least 4 years of business-to-business product marketing experience
- Domain expertise in the online travel industry
- Editorial mindset with attention to detail and quality that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Experience with marketing a product (s) through unique positioning and value-based messaging and effective sales enablement tactics
- Team mentality with strong, proven leadership skills in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment with executive presence
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a proven ability to operate well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience working in a global team
