**Bartender - Liquid and Envy, Oldham**

REKOM are looking for Bartenders to help with the smooth running of Liquid and Envy, Oldham.

Liquid and Envy in Oldham boasts two distinct rooms catering for all tastes. The main dance room, Liquid, showcases the very best in light and sound technology and for fans of retro music, Envy plays pop classics to cater for an older crowd on its illuminated dance floor. As Oldham’s biggest nightclub this venue offers the very latest clubbing experience which focusses on style, sound and light technology, music and service. Customers keep returning for memorable, fun, big night out experiences and that is exactly what our team provides

**What can you do for us?**

To assist the management team by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the operation whilst maintaining brand standards and values. To provide excellent guest service and help to increase sales revenue by providing a friendly, informative welcome to all guests. Our bartenders are at the heart of our operation so the post holder must be able to work well under pressure and maintain the highest level of standards at all times.

- an hourly salary of up to £9.80 per hour, depending on experience;

**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- providing outstanding guest service;
- serving drinks in a friendly and timely manner;
- keeping working areas clean and tidy;
- operating comupterised till and PDQ systems;
- ensuring that all spillages and broken glass when they occur are dealt with immediately;
- assisting with any opening and closing requirements for the bars;
- adhering to the company’s cash handling policies when taking payments;
- ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard
- ensuring that licensing training is fully completed and that all service to guests is in line with such legislation; and
- completing all company training as and when required.

This is a **part time** permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration. Our team love what they do We have a passion for providing an experience second to none.
