**Job Summary**
**JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE**:
Payroll Administrator - Part -time ( 12 hours)

**£26/27K Pro rata**

REPORTS TO: Managing Director

LOCATION: Head Office, Belfast

**SUMMARY OF ROLE**

To ensure a comprehensive, prompt, accurate processing for payment of weekly wages and monthly payroll.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accurate input of data from timesheets in line with deadlines for weekly payroll.
- Accurate input of data for payments to monthly payroll.
- Accurately processing payment by BACS for weekly and monthly payroll.
- Reconciliation of all nominal accounts affected by payroll transactions. - Reconciliation and payment of holiday credits
- Maintain up to date payroll records in line with Company procedures and HMRC guidelines
- Provide accounts support as required
- Be aware of and comply with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy.
- Fulfil Company CPD requirements as well as undertaking training and development activities as and when required.
- Contribute to the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives.

**Essential Criteria**
- GCSE English / Maths
- Administration skills
- Good Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills

**Desirable**
- Ideally will have worked in a payroll department/ finance

The above list is not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to take on other duties and responsibilities for the effective and efficient performance of this role as requested by Management.
