**Salary**: £35-50K - depending on experience

**Maintenance Engineer - **The Role:
Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on board a Maintenance Engineer who can provide engineering and project management solutions to support the maintenance department. It will get involved in ensuring that all equipment is operating to a highstandard and to minimise failure occurrence. The role will also work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure collaboration across the business.
**Maintenance Engineer - **Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and ensure that all equipment is operating at optimal performance level
- Work with others to investigate and reduce critical equipment issues
- Provide quick and proper repair of machinery
- Promote Kaizen within the department, identifying, developing and implementing projects for continuous improvement
**Maintenance Engineer - **You:
- Experience of working within a mass manufacturing environment ideally within the automotive or CNC machinery sector
- Degree educated - ideally in an Engineering discipline
- Min. 3 years hands-on experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Eagerness to continue to learn and develop your career
