Cass Allen is a specialist environmental consultancy focused on the development, construction and infrastructure industries.

We are a medium-sized independent consultancy that is large enough to handle the most complex projects, yet small enough to respond flexibly to client needs and allows our clients the reassurance of knowing the consultants working on their projects.

We work in a wide variety of sectors but are primarily known for our work related to residential, commercial and entertainment industries. We work throughout the UK and occasionally further afield.

We are unique in that we provide a set of guarantees ensuring all our clients always receive responsive, clear and pragmatic guidance and solutions. These guarantees have led to us delivering well over 3000 successful projects working alongside many of the UK’s leading developers, contractors and architects. Using that experience we support our clients in taking their projects from the early planning stage through detailed design and construction to testing and handover.

We are looking for exceptional graduate and/or senior acoustics consultants to join our team, help sustain our current momentum of steady growth and take an active role in shaping our future. We now count 19 consultants in our acoustics department with a total of 26 team members and we want you to join us

Confident, dynamic and articulate, you will probably have:

- a degree in Acoustics (or relevant discipline) or IoA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control for the Graduate role
- a minimum of three years' experience within a high quality consultancy environment for the Senior Consultant role in the UK.

In-company training will be provided for graduates and those wishing to change from an allied discipline.

The role is based in our modern offices on the new Priory Business Park in Bedford with excellent links to London and Cambridge and will involve regular travel throughout the UK and occasionally further afield. Passed a period of probation during which you will be required to be in the office, you will have the opportunity to embrace our hybrid work style (at least 2 days in the office and the rest from home).

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
