We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to lead our brand and marketing initiatives. Collaborating with teams and external partners, you will ensure of brand consistency throughout all communications, from digital marketing and social media to PR and event promotion. The Marketing Executive has a passion for hospitality and drives visibility and engagement across all areas of the hotel.

**Essential Functions**
- Conduct social media and online content planning and copywriting.
- Conduct research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
- Work across all areas of online and offline brand, marketing, digital, and P.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support hotels’ visibility.
- Communicate and evaluate media and influencers opportunities with PR Agency.
- Manage and plan content generation opportunities photo shootings as per brand standards.
- Laise with external agencies and freelancers e.g. digital advertising, design, PR, photographers, videographers, printers and any other specific projects to meet the needs of the business.
- Work with Operations, Food Beverage, Events and Golf Leisure teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns - marketing activity will be required to support different areas of the business depending on seasonality and specific need areas.
- Manage the marketing budget.

**Branding Collateral**
- Responsibility for brand tone of voice and vision.
- Ensure that all collateral and activity is consistent and follows the brand guidelines.
- Ensure new templates are used by all internal departments.
- Ensure that any external agencies use the correct guidelines and follow the Dalmahoy look and feel.
- Solely responsible for the creation of inhouse menus across all outlets.

**Digital Marketing**
- Work with our digital agency to look after all paid for digital activity including search, display and SEO.

**Social Media, PR and Events**
- Content is king - manage all social media accounts specifically Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
- Plan and implement marketing plans for all planned activity and any ad hoc campaigns.
- Work alongside the PR freelancer to manage the Hotel’s media relations (media enquiries, issuing and selling in press releases, establishing media interviews and press / influencer trips).
- Working alongside the relevant teams on developing marketing plans and collateral to help promote and support all hotel events including wedding fayres, open days, any FB offerings, golf and leisure membership and fitting days.

- Proven experience in a marketing role
- Timely and Efficient
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in social media management
