We are seeking motivated and outgoing **Door-to-Door Sales Representatives** to join our team. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for generating sales by approaching potential customers directly at their homes. If you enjoy meeting new people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this position is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit residential neighbourhoods to promote our services and generate potential leads
- Present our service information clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
- Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer information and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and referrals to close sales.
- Work independently while adhering to company policies and sales strategies.
- Maintain professionalism and respect when dealing with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **No prior experience required**, but previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking long distances.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of the product/service being sold (training will be provided).
