Role & Responsibilities:

- Installation of new supplies, removal of old and repair or replace existing supplies
- Complete scheduled planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Investigate mechanical and electrical failures, including fault finding
- Obtain costs for works, materials & equipment and seek appropriate authority
- Consider environmental impact/consumption and liaise with Environmental department when necessary
- Carry out weekly fire alarm testing
- Obtain safety data sheets for any substances purchased and complete and review risk assessments for works, tasks and substances used
- Attend training as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- At least 3 years' experience in electrical repairs, install and testing
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with staff, management, visitors and service providers
- Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
