**About the role**:
We are looking for a motivated **Legal Administration Assistant (Client Care Coordinator)**to join our dynamic **Litigation** **team** in **Cambridge**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working within a reputable and growing firm. In this role, you will work closely with our legal teams and other professional staff to deliver excellent client care and administrative support.

**What this role would include**:

- To provide proactive and high-quality administrative support to the Litigation team.
- Communicating effectively with clients, ensuring a client focused service for both clients and legal advisers
- Review, amend and format letters and documents produced by the Document Production team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Support additional functions such as scanning, filing and document management for the Litigation team.

- Previous experience in administration and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way, maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and build effective relationships with managers, colleagues and clients.
