Complex Outreach Support Worker Monday-friday

CJP Outreach Services have the privilege to work with some amazing individuals that live in the community who require support to access services and to be involved in the activities that they enjoy.

We are currently looking to recruit someone who would be able to support a gentleman in his early 40’s, both with his care at home and to be able to go out and access various places of interest. This would include looking for new groups and opportunities for him to be involved in as he loves to get out and about meeting friends new and old and is always open to trying new things.

As part of this role, there will be a requirement of supporting with personal care, manual handling and with administering medication - including insulin and setting up of nutritional feeds through PEG. As such we are looking for someone with a background in care and support.

This role is for up to 38 hours per week, this could be either on a full-time basis or between a small team on a part time basis. There may also be the opportunity to support at their respite home in Cleveleys but this would be by negotiation for the successful applicant.

There is no weekend working for this particular role, hours are by agreement between Monday and Friday.
