We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Quality Control Inspector**, who will be responsible for the in-process and final inspection of assembled products prior to despatch to ensure these meet the required Quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out in-process inspection for assembled products to ensure the specification requirements are met.
- Carry out final inspection for assembled products to ensure the specification requirements are met.
- Ensure full functionality of assembled products through practical testing.
- Identify and record any non-conformances to the specification requirements.
- Produce and maintain accurate inspection records on the correct paperwork and software.
- Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements, ensuring the safety of both themselves and others.
- Perform any other duties in the Quality department as and when necessary.
- Notify Quality team when non-conforming products have been identified.
- Attend meetings and make suggestions as required.
- Good communications skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic IT skills including a working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative.
- Ability to work well within a small team.
- Perform well under pressure.
- Ability to follow established procedures at all times.
- Conscientious and with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and flexible approach to working hours.

- To develop competence required to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and understand procedures required to organise own work.
- Commit to achieving and maintaining production quality standards and efficiently rates.
- Basic level of education of GCSE’s including Maths and English.
- Possession of a full clean Driving Licence. Is desirable
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 7.00am to 12.45pm.
