We are currently recruiting for a Quality Auditor for the Burton site. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring both the product and process is compliant.

**About the Role**
- Conduct random product quality audits against a defined sampling plan
- Control of the process documentation via the syncreon system - Q’Pulse
- Assist the Quality Manager in investigating non-conformances
- Conduct process audits and prepare and present findings to the management team.
- Monitor operational performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical analysis to drive improvement
- Produce and present management reports on quality performance of the operation
- Promote quality awareness within the operation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Maintain KPI data
- Ability to communicate and deal with a variety of associates including syncreon operational and management team.
- Ability to perform repetitive duties and detailed work accurately
- Ability to work with frequent distractions
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Administrative ability
- Excellent customer service and/or interpersonal skills

**Your Key Qualification**
- College with a Technical qualification is preferred
- Work experience working in a logistics / manufacturing environment working in a quality capacity
- Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 systems would be an advantage.
- Above average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills - written and oral
- Strong analytical skills and technically savvy
- Learns and follows safe operating procedures when using tools and equipment
