**About the role**

We're looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join our fast-paced, exciting team at our London Head Office and work on a range of projects that will reach our colleagues all across the world. In this role, you'll receive valuable support fromsenior colleagues who can push you in the right direction, whilst also having plenty of autonomy that will allow you to develop your own ideas and build relationships with stakeholders in parts of the business that you look after, specifically Innovation andFinance, or Health & Safety and Diversity & Inclusion.

You'll collaborate regularly with your designated functions, building communication plans with stakeholders that will benefit colleagues in those areas and then implementing said plans over various timelines. As you establish yourself as an expert in thebusiness, you'll create more and more content and measure the effectiveness of your communications so that you can continue to be proactive in the engagement of colleagues, consistently building a more positive culture throughout DS Smith.

We'll also ask you to work with the rest of your team to plan for key dates, like our Senior Leadership Conferences, and to work on different projects throughout the year such as individual site initiatives and the Smithies, our DS Smith recognition programme.

**About you**
- Internal/Corporate Communications experience, ideally in a large, international business
- Holder of a relevant Bachelors degree
- A solid understanding and genuine interest in Communications
- Energetic and proactive - we'll want you to be reaching out to colleagues around the world to develop plans
- Excellent attention to detail
- A working knowledge of SharePoint, Yammer and Poppulo would be advantageous
