**The Nitty Gritty Details.**:
**This is a permanent contract, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Early morning starts (7.30am to 4pm), shifts varying based on weather conditions and overtime is available & encouraged at the weekends during peak seasons**

**Pay**: £12.11 per hour, rising to £12.65 from April 1, 2025. Paid weekly, with overtime available.

**What you’ll be doing.**:
At Riverford, we believe in growing slow for flavour, nurturing both our crops and our team with care. As part of our dedicated farm team based at Sacrewell Farm, Peterborough, you’ll contribute to our mission of farming sustainably, protecting the environment, and providing top-quality organic produce. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of seasonal crops, while also participating in vital farm tasks such as planting, weeding, and moving crop covers.

While prior farm experience is beneficial, we're primarily seeking individuals with a positive, can-do attitude and the resilience to handle hands-on, outdoor work year-round.
