We have a fantastic opportunity for an **Account Executive**?to join **Plester Group**(a howden company) at their offices in **Kidderminster**.? We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will be working within our commercial team and will have responsibilityto deliver a highly personalised service to their customers.

This is a role where you will be able to develop new business, whilst growing an existing portfolio. You will be joining a highly supportive and specialised team, who are committed to your career development. This is a hybrid role giving you the opportunityto work from the comfort of your own home.

**What you will be doing**:

- Developing relationships with existing clients and identifying new clients through effective marketing activities.
- Establish and manage with each client a renewal strategy in accordance with the division's procedures/aims to maximise renewal success.
- Responsible for ensuring clients are correctly and adequately insured for all their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given.
- Ownership of client accounts, resolving queries and problems in a timely and efficient manner.

**What you need to bring with you**:

- Prior experience within a similar role and able to demonstrate new business wins
- A minimum of 5 years Commercial insurance knowledge
- Experience of developing strategies to support own portfolio
- Be a confident individual that is used to speaking to key stakeholders
- Professional insurance qualifications, with a willingness to study further as needed
