**Salary: £8,914.80 per annum - £9.50 per hour**
**Based in: Morecambe**
Imagine Independence is an experienced provider of community based mental health and learning disability services across the North West.
We support adults to live independently in their own homes in various communities across Lancashire. We are looking for an Adult Support Worker to support a man in the community in Morecombe.

- Sleep in shifts paid at £65.00 per shift, in addition to annual salary.
- Car drivers - mileage paid at 45p per mile.
- Hours of work initially across a 4 day period, Monday to Thursday, 10am to 2:30pm.

**The Role**
Our work involves delivering personalised care and support to people in their homes and in the community, helping them to gain skills and confidence to achieve greater independence, access socially inclusive opportunities, improve their health and wellbeing and support in all aspects of daily living. You will be supporting a gentleman who has a keen interest in the outdoors, walking and accessing community settings such as parks and cafes. He appreciates staff who have a calm approach, and who are patient and confident and able to follow his routines. At times he needs his staff to offer him extra care and support if he is feeling anxious or worried. You will support him to access the local community.
