THE ROLE:
This is a fabulous opportunity for a Legal Aid Lawyer to manage their own caseload which mainly comprises Care and Children Act Proceedings.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Solicitor will be proactive and resourceful and eager to join a well-established firm of enthusiastic and successful lawyers. You will be a competent and confident Solicitor or Legal Executive who is able to hit the ground running on care andChildren Act proceedings. You will also be eager to develop your skills and experience in care proceedings work by assisting a children panel member with care proceedings cases and by having conduct of straightforward care proceedings cases once you have theappropriate experience.
