**Property Manager**

**£21,000-£24,000 with an OTE taking you up to almost £27,000**

**Location: Brighton**

**09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (working 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am-4pm, with a day off following week)**

**From 1st of August to 30th September Mon-Fri 8:30am-17:30pm**

**Start Date: ASAP**

We're very pleased to be working with an established property agency based in Brighton Ideally looking for someone with at least 2 years of property management experience. However, you'll also be considered if you've had experience in a similar role withclear transferable skills. Client management is a big part of this role, so that would be a massive bonus

You will be joining a very successful team, managing a portfolio of properties in their energetic and friendly office.

**Duties Include**:

- Looking after a selection of properties within their portfolio, creating lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Ensuring the current landlords and tenants are happy to ensure high retention levels.
- You'll work alongside the lettings and maintenance teams making sure all parties are happy.
- Processing tenancy paperwork, drawing up contracts and other legal documents.
- Account managing and attending client meetings.

**Key Skills**:

- Super organised and attention to detail.
- Approachable and loves providing quality customer service.
- Capable to work under pressure and mange a varied workload.
- Knowledge of the Brighton area
- In possession of UK driving licence.
