What you will be doing
As a qualified RMN/RNLD you will provide a high profile, visible clinical leadership to the hospital wide nursing team. You will promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and visitors. You will ensure that standards of patientcare are maintained at all times within the parameters of operational policies and governing legislation.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

Things that you will have:
RMN/RNLD
Educated to degree level, or professional equivalent
At least 5 years' post qualification experience
Management and leadership experience
Recent teaching qualification or equivalent experience
Where you will be working
Location: Thornford Park, Crookham Hill, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 8ET
You will work at Thornford Park which is a combination of medium secure and low secure units and rehabilitation flats. The service provides a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
You will work alongside the multidisciplinary to provide personalised assessment and treatment programmes for males with mental illness/ complex care needs as well as those with personality disorder. Service users may have histories of offending and/or mayhave failed in previous placements
