Virgo Care Homes are looking to recruit Night Health Care Workers. For this position you will be located at Thomas Gabrielle Nursing home in Old Cwmbran. Main duties will be to attend and meet all social/psychological and mental health needs during the night. When offering this care we also take into account inclusion/promoting rights and independence. You will be expected to be reliable and motivated to make a difference to the clients lives during your shift. Thomas Gabrielle Nursing Home specializes in caring for elderly clients that require care provided, delegated, monitored or supervised by a registered nurse that is always on duty, in addition to the trained staff that provide personal care. This role can be challenging however you will be supported by your team.

The successful person will be expected to attend all training as organised and to complete QCF level 2 if already hasnt attained it. You will also be expected to gain the relevant qualifications to register with Social Care Wales within the required timescale.

Hours or work are over 7 days a week on a rota basis. Hours or work are Monday to friday 9.30pm to 7am

Saturday and Sunday 8.30pm to 7am

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
