Talent Acquisition Specialist

TA Specialist will report to the Head of HR and will work closely with Fulkrum’s senior managers and lead Technical Staffing recruitment for our existing and future clients. TA Specialist is to develop strong working relationships with our existing and new clients in order to create new opportunities through strong client relationship management skills.
**Sourcing, Recruitment, Employer Branding**
- Engage with active and passive talent and connect them to current job opportunities.
- Support the Head of HR in establishing an employer brand identity and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to build the brand.
- Build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organisation or aid in TA processes.
**Talent Advisory**
- Take full ownership of every talent acquisition request.
- Communicate with interview panels to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions that align with Fulkrum’s values and desired behaviours.
- Design and lead recruitment training framework, provide training and coaching to hiring managers and other recruiting staff.
**External recruitment**
- Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders relating to recruitment metrics; report also directly to the client if required.
- Provide solutions to clients for difficult-to-hire placements using benchmarking and market search.
- Lead external recruitment for the business and cooperate with all other internal stakeholders involved in the process. Lead the process and ensure the best practice is shared internally.
- Lead regular calls with relevant internal stakeholders to explore sale opportunities and identify potential clients for external placements. Grow client accounts by offering industry leading levels of service, building rapport, and through typical business development activities.
**Process Improvement and Development**
- Partner with business leaders to develop talent acquisition practices, processes and systems.
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
- Work to ensure diverse, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Oversee the completion of various talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Recruitment experience within the multi-national business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter, proactive, creative and adaptable to change and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in implementing recruitment frameworks within organisations
- Proven track record of coaching managers in recruitment processes and change management
